精舍介紹－ 「人身難得，佛法難聞，大善知識難遇。」以天主教為主的菲律賓地區，欲聽聞佛法實屬不易。為了讓更多人能親近正法，開山方丈 上惟下覺大和尚特於首都馬尼拉成立「海天禪寺」，提供當地居民一處修習佛法、禪修靜坐的清涼地。海天禪寺座落在交通便利、氣候溫和，有「小碧瑤」之稱的青山區。五層樓高的獨棟建築，寬敞明亮、清淨素雅，禪堂與講堂均可容納上百人禪修禮懺、聽經聞法。自二○○二年成立以來，即積極開辦各級中文禪修班、英文禪修班、梵唄班、兒童暑期禪修夏令營等課程，並定期舉行禮懺、共修等法會，希望將菩提種子深植於每個  人的心中。現任住持見庸法師，於中台女眾佛教學院研究所結業後，秉承 導師悲願弘法利生，以「中台四箴行──敬、慈、和、真」為弘法基礎，透過多元的方式，引導大眾深入佛法堂奧，淨化心靈，找到生命的真正價值與意義。 |

■報名資格：身心健康，對靜坐、佛法有興趣者。禪修課程完全免費，歡迎隨喜發心。
All classes are free of charge and open to the public.
We are supported by your generous donations.
■服裝：請著居士服及襪子上課。
Dress Code：Wear comfortable and yet modest attire and sock.
Optional meditation clothing may be obtained at the monastery.
■報名方式：請帶 1ｘ1 半身照片一張，親至海天禪寺報名。
Registration：Come & bring (1X1) picture to register.
■請勿帶寵物、葷食及酒精食品進入禪寺。
Please no smoking, alcohol or pets on the premise.
